Blackwooc Commercial Mold Damage

A local apartment complex contacted us after they discovered mold in one of their units. Being a rental property, we recommended calling an Industrial Hygienist to come out and take mold spore counts before and after and to certify that our work was properly completed. Besides what was visible, there was a considerable amount of mold in the wall cavity. It was necessary to remove the affected drywall, clean the studs with an anti-microbial agent then seal the wood studs with an approved encapsulate. This is the typical procedure when preforming mold remediation and is time consuming, but necessary to maintain the resident’s health.
