Residential Water / Mold

We were contacted by a Gloucester Township resident who had an on-going window leak, causing mold growth in their basement. Before we started our work, the homeowner had the leaky window fixed. Once we started the mold remediation, the drywall walls were wet the back side was heavily discolored and there was a prominent mold smell in the work area. We started by setting up containment to section off the area in which we were working along with an air scrubber, we then removed all affected drywall, and cleaned and dried the floor and wall cavity. Once the cavity was dry, we installed new drywall for the customer. The homeowner was happy with our work and commented that it was less intrusive than they had anticipated.
