Residential Biohazard cleanup

Our customer had called us after her husband fell down the stairs and suffered multiple cuts on his face. He then proceeded to walk around the house leaving a trail of blood on multiple surfaces. When talking to customers after atraumatic event, you must always remember to be compassionate and reassure the customer that you are there to help and complete your work discreetly. At this job, we removed all affected carpet and pad and cleaned and disinfected all hard surfaces using SERVPRO approved products and discarded any non-salvageable items using the appropriate biohazard labeled boxes. Our customer was very happy with our work and said we were very professional and sensitive when talking to her.
