Residential Storm Damage in Blackwood

This townhouse had a frozen pipe break during a recent cold spell. The homeowner called us, after he woke up to water running from his second floor bathroom, down to his first floor. Every room and all content on the first floor of his house was wet. We acted quickly and were able to extract all of the standing water and remove the necessary wet structure material. The furnace was damaged from the water and we were able to set up temporary heat to keep the house warm and help dry the structure. We were able to dry everything in under a week. The homeowner was very happy with our work and was glad he called us.
